The above prices are for the villa per week, not per person per week.
To secure a provisional booking please return the completed booking form within seven days, together with a non refundable deposit of £200/$360 for each week booked. FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS, A CLEANING CHARGE OF £50/$85 WILL BE LEVIED.Price includes sales and tourist tax of 11.5%. Please check availability on the website, by telephone, fax or e-mail to arrange a provisional booking. Please note: A provisional booking can be held for seven days only. Confirmation of your booking will be returned to you with an invoice for the balance, plus a refundable security deposit of £200/$360, this is payable 60 days before your holiday commences. If less than 60 days from holiday, payment is required in full. The security deposit is refunded within three weeks of your return home subject to any breakages or losses. The villa is available form 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The tariff includes all electricity, water and service charges and local and state taxes. Pool heating is charged at £80/$144 per week. The villa is professionally cleaned before and after all lettings and linen is laundered fresh for your arrival and after departure. The pool is professionally cleaned and chlorinated and professional gardeners attend the gardens. The villa’s management company has a representative based in Davenport and is only a local phone call away; free unlimited local, long distance and international calls are available on the villa phone.
